Trader Application
Applications to trade at Geronimo 2023 are now open.
We are looking for food traders, charities, and unique stalls to take a pitch at Geronimo. Pitches are not allocated on a first come first served basis, each application is assessed on its own merit so please give as much information as possible including photographs of your pitch and products. Each stall is priced individually, based on the number of staff, the size of stall, the products being sold and so on. Geronimo is the largest and the best family festival in the U.K.
What does the Geronimo festival look for from applicants?
The presentation and appearance of your stall is important as is the goods you are proposing to sell. Geronimo is a family festival. Our feedback has told us we are looking to provide meal deals at £5 as well as children specific portions. As a festival we are very keen to include traders that really get into the spirit by dressing up, it could be a funny hat or the whole hog. The online application process requires you to upload photos of your stall and products. We are keen for the Festival Markets to be full of good quality food/products, at a fair price, please ensure stall and pitch sizes are correct.
When will I found out if I have a pitch?
We will contact each applicant by ASAP to let them know the outcome of their application.
If I am successful, what happens next?
Successful applicants will be emailed an offer to trade giving them lots of information including full details of the pitch location, size of stand and the price. If you wish to accept our offer, you will need to agree to the Traders Terms and Conditions and return copies of your hygiene certificate etc. The offer will also contain information about the ordering of power (if required).
