Junior Frood

Junior Frood is the current UK Freestyle Street Dance Champion and ranked 3rd in the world. Junior specialises in Locking, Popping, Hip Hop, Break dance, Street and House Dance Styles. He was backing dancer for global sensation Justin Bieber on his 'Purpose' world tour and backing dancer for the world’s biggest girl band Little Mix. He has starred in the London West End Musical ‘Stepping Out' alongside Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden and 'The 'Adventures of Pinocchio'. He trains weekly at the famous Jelli Studios in Liverpool and has performed at London Royal Albert Hall, London Wembley Arena, London O2 Arena, Glasgow SECC Arena and was support act for Sam Bailey from The X Factor on two of her UK Tours. He has danced with X Factor winners Rak-Su and was also backing Dancer for boy band Union J. Junior has had many other opportunities including dancing at Disneyland Paris in the main character parade, featuring in several music videos and performing at many celebrity children's festivals alongside CBBC, CITV and CBeebies stars.

He also uses his talent of dancing to perform for local & national charities, where he has helped raise over £300,000 pounds for fantastic causes. Junior was recently commended for his charity work by none other than the future king of England Prince William and Kate when he was personally invited to Kensington Palace. He has received awards including a ‘British Citizen Award’ at the House of Lords, ‘Point of Light’ Award from the Prime Minister Theresa May, ‘Courageous Citizen Diana Award’ and most recently the BBC Radio 1 Teen Hero Award.
