At The Burger we pride ourselves on producing high quality gourmet burgers and triple cooked chips at a reasonable price with a smile, a twinkle in the eye and a dash of theatre.
Anyone can put a bit of free range, locally sourced meat in artisan bun of their own creation and call it a gourmet burger, I like to think we go the extra mile when we make our own ketchup, roast and puree the garlic for our mayo, season every pattie with a touch of sea salt and black pepper, caramelise our onions to a rich sweet golden colour to extract every ounce of flavour, use the finest vine ripened tomatoes we can find and make sure every chip we fry is crispy, seasoned and delicious. We love what we do and this really shines through.
Sustainability and provenance are high on our hit list ethically and most importantly for taste, as quality ingredients mean a quality product and there is nothing more important to us as professional burger lovers, besides, trashing the planet leaves a bad taste in your mouth, and that is the last thing we want.
